County of Summit, Department of Job and Family Services (CSDJFS) seeks to purchase transportation services for its Medicaid NonEmergency Transportation (NET) program. NET is a statewide program for Medicaid recipients. In Summit County, NET is administered by CSDJFS. NET provides transportation to and from non-emergency medical and medical-related appointments. Services are provided to ambulatory, partially ambulatory and non-ambulatory customers. Selected bid winners will NOT be required to provide transportation for all ambulatory levels. In order to accommodate various customer mobility levels, and meet high volume service demands, it is anticipated multiple bid winners will be selected to provide NET services.
