Acquision (Negoaons): All acquision acvies shall be performed in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportaon Real Estate Manual (hereinaer “ODOT Real Estate Manual”) unless otherwise directed. The ODOT Real Estate Manual is available at hps://www.transportaon.ohio.gov/working/engineering/realestate/real-estate-manual/home. W-9: Contractor shall obtain, a signed IRS Form W-9 a for each owner listed on the most recent tle report for a parcel. No leers of assignments shall be used. Salvage Value & Removal Agreement: Contractor shall esmate the salvage value, if needed, and submit an Ohio Department of Transportaon (“ODOT”) Salvage Value Esmate (ODOT Form RE 68) to the Real Estate Division for approval prior to presenng to property owners. Contractor shall also submit the Agreement for Removal of Improvements (ODOT Form RE 66) to the Real Estate Division for approval prior to presenng to the owner.
