Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nassau County (County) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and entities authorized to do business in the State of New York to, among other things, (a) conduct an Alternatives Analysis (AA) in accordance with FTA regulations and guidance; (b) prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) or other environmental document, as appropriate, pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Rules and Regulations (6 NYCRR Part 617) for State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR), and other applicable regulations; and (c) prepare New Starts/Small Starts Program documentation in accordance with FTA regulations and guidance.
