This project is for the updating of four (4) restrooms in the activity (610) building at Northwest Ohio Developmental Center. All restrooms are the same size and have the same specifications regarding the necessary updates. Restroom Size: 21’5’ x 9’1” Keep and re-utilize the existing toilet fixtures and handicapped grab bars. Replace existing urinals with upgraded stainless steel versions. Replace existing wall partitions with upgraded stainless steel versions. Patch & paint walls. Supplier will provide paint, equal to Sherwin Williams ProMar 200. Color will be specified later. Update flooring with commercial grade slip-resistant epoxy flooring. Any existing flooring will need to be removed. Replace 2’x2’ industrial ceiling tiles and grid. Remove existing 4’x4’ lighting fixtures and replace with 2’x2’ LED lighting Removing existing double sinks and replace with 72” ADA floating sink with touchless faucets. Replace all electrical outlets, covers, and light switches. Bidder is responsible for providing their own dumpster to hold and remove all construction debris. Normal business hours are M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. All existing fixtures, i.e. paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, toilet paper holders will be reinstalled.
