The Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Firms, with demonstrated experience in providing professional design/build services, to include a full range of architectural/engineering services, and general construction services, for permanent structures and associated pavements at CLE. This RFP is an invitation to experienced design/build firms to submit proposals to the Department outlining, in detail, their ability to serve as a designer and developer to the Department, to assist in the comprehensive design and construction of development areas detailed below. The development areas will be utilized by airline support services such as aircraft deicing, fueling, and ground support services and will support administrative operations, provide indoor storage and maintenance for equipment, and provide parking for fuel trucks with environmental protections. The Department seeks the services of a professional design/build Firm for the design and construction of the following permanent tenant structures and associated pavement areas: • Aircraft Deicing Tenant Buildings o Centralized Deicing Facility (Section 2.3 B.1) o Deicing Disposal Facility Vehicle Maintenance & Fluid Recycling (Section 2.3 B.2). • Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Wash Bay (Section 2.3 C.1) and Fuel Truck Parking Area (Section C.2). • Ground Support Services (GSS) Building (Section 2.3 D).
