Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide multi-language interpretation services, phone interpretations, and document translation services for the Cincinnati Board of Health. 2. Services shall be provided at any Board of Health location and/or any community site where Board of Health Services are being rendered during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and on weekends. 3. The contractor should have personnel that are fluent in English and the languages listed herein, and provide accurate translation services as required. 4. The contractor shall perform all human resources functions including withholding of applicable taxes and scheduling of all work assignments. 5. The contractor shall be compensated by time accrued on a six (6) minute incremental basis. Six minutes to equal 0.1 hour. Services given will be rounded to the nearest 6 minute interval. The time reimbursed will begin at the patient’s appointment time provided the contract employee is at the location. Charges will end when all services to the patient are completed. Travel time shall not be compensated. 6. The contractor shall have a time sheet for their employee that reflects arrival and departure also should indicate canceled, no show, after hours, weekend, holiday and phone time. The contract employee’s time in and out must be verified at the time by a CHD employee. A copy of this time sheet must remain on site
