This project includes work in Mt. Lookout Square at the intersection of Linwood Avenue and Delta Avenue. The existing center parking island is bordered by concrete barrier walls with top mounted metal railing. This project includes the removal and disposal of the existing metal railing and replacement with new metal railing. Existing concrete barrier wall remains. Existing pedestrian crosswalks shall be maintained open. Existing public parking shall be accessible for public use during removal of existing and installation of new railing. Demolition, field measurements, fabrication and installation shall be performed in compliance with the project construction documents (plans, drawings, specifications), including but not necessarily limited to the work described below in accordance with the referenced standards listed above.
