Specifications include, but are not limited to: Labor and materials for Art Services for Terminal Ops/Art & Tours, Department of Port Control . The selected vendor will provide fine art services for a period of one (1) year that will include art installation and fabrication services . 1.Services may include but is not limited to design, fabrication, framing, and installation/de-installation, of original art, art sculptures, prints and other artwork as well as installation and graphical design of didactic panels. All artwork must be mounted/installed using industry standard guidelines. Additional services may include, but not limited to packing, crating, installing, storing, rigging and proper handling. Services may also include maintenance, and cleaning according to industry standards. The selected vendor must have experience in fine art handling, crating and building high quality wooden crates of different sizes; Condition Reports, incoming and outgoing art are required and must be completed and reported immediately to the Department of Port Control . 2.All installation will be done during the hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Some Weekends or Holidays may be required to complete an installation.
