Under the Agreement, the company will, in collaboration with the Office of Public Affairs: a. Develop and execute a comprehensive, statewide advertising strategy to promote the Agency’s homebuyer programs. o The strategy will reflect the Agency’s priorities, optimize Agency resources, and reflect changes in consumer behavior. b. The strategy will identify key audiences and develop appropriate strategies for reaching each audience. c. Use data and market insights to target key audiences for a fully-integrated, multi-channel advertising strategy. d. Include targeted media placements, including but not limited to connected TV, podcasts, online advertising, and broadcast and streaming radio, which will drive consumers to the Agency’s website myohiohome.org. e. Align the advertising content to reflect current trends and the media channel (social media advertising, podcasts, radio, and print) to provide greater Agency awareness.
