Cuyahoga County is seeking a media monitoring solution that provides comprehensive coverage across traditional and digital channels. This includes national and local television, radio, online news outlets (including blogs and licensed or paywalled content), podcasts, and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube). The ability to add a media contact database tool is also preferred. The solution should support: User Access: A minimum of five user licenses with unlimited login, search, and view capabilities; ability to add additional users during the contract term. Search, Alerts, and Archiving: Unlimited search volume across all media types, real-time and saved keyword tracking, customizable alerts (real-time, daily, weekly), and access to archived media content. Ability to search or export results by keyword, source, or date. Media Monitoring Coverage: Broadcast: local, regional, and national TV and radio, Online News: Newspapers, magazines, trade publications, blogs, global online news, blogs, licensed/paywalled content, podcasts; and social media platforms. Reporting and Analytics: Custom report creation with charts, graphs, and key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, audience value, and geographic/media-type breakdowns. Export options should include PDF and Excel/CSV. Optional integration with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Fathom is preferred. Clip Management: Ability to search, edit, save, and share audio and video clips, and include them directly within reports. Optional Add-ons: The ability to add a media contact database or distribution list management tool, if available, is preferred. Support and Training: Dedicated account manager, onboarding for new users, and ongoing training and support. Help desk or live support should be available during standard business hours.
