Mat rental service for TASC Building. N/A N/A N/A N/A Ten (10) 3’ x 10’ black mats and One (1) 4’.10” x 2’.10” black mat, every other week for a total of 26 weeks 1. Rubber backed Floor Mats - (slip resistant) 2. Mats are to be constructed of cut pile carpet of high-quality twoply 100% nylon twist-filament yarn, sewn into an ultra-durable non-woven spun bound polyester substrate, and backed with 100% nitrile rubber that resists curling, cracking, or deterioration 3. Mats must be suitable for heavy traffic areas and soil and stain resistant. 4. All mats to be black in color (Substitution of color must be approved in advance by IT Section of DPU) Logos not required, slip resistant. Rental cost per mat: • Unit Amount (Qty. - 10): 3’ x 10’- $_____________ea. • Unit Amount (Qty. - 1): 4’10 x 2’10- $___________ea. **Rental cost per mat to include pick up, delivery/transportation cost, cleaning and placement. • Depending on season, requested quantity of above mats will vary. If quantity adjusted is required, Building Manager will notify vendor. • Award will be based on the overall average cost. • Value of Purchase order will not exceed $1500.00. Purchase order will cover (18 months) of service as specified above.
