Specifications include, but are not limited to: ODRC is seeking bids for proposals for Master Trainers who are proficient in the Static-99R, Stable-2007, and Acute-2007 assessments to provide Train-the-Trainer training for identified ODRC staff. Training Sessions: We are requesting in-person training for three (3) correctional supervisory staff and one (1) community supervisory staff. Training Timeline: ODRC will work with the service provider to identify a reasonable time to initiate the training given the trainer’s schedule as well as ODRC staff schedules. Service Detail and Preferred Qualities: It is preferred that the service provider has the following qualities: • Master Trainer Status • Experience in facilitating Train-the Trainer training • Necessary licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditations, as applicable to service • Willingness to comply with State of Ohio Contract Terms and Conditions, as provided (Main) Training Topics-must include: • Rationale/statistical data supporting the use of the Static-99R, Stable-2007, and Acute2007 in determining risk to sexually reoffend. • Use of the Static-99R, Stable-2007, and Acute-2007 in both a correctional and community setting. • Case examples of each instrument with opportunity for trainees to practice administration of each assessment.
