Possibilities to include beach, pier or other waterfront type development. • Repurpose a portion of the existing Canopy Tours property to accommodate treehouse style cabins or other luxury camping product. • Relocation of the gazebo and the construction of a new wedding ceremony venue out near the lake on the NW qudrant of the property. • Development ideas for the open space in front of Horizons Restaurant extending out to the lake. • Minimalistic porta cochere at the main entrance to the Lodge. • Designed nature walking path throughout the property with wayfinding and signage corresponding to local wildlife. • Other unique design ideas the firm feels would be beneficial for the Lodge. • Recommendation of best practices for long-term destination development, redevelopment and enhancement.
