Clean exterior of the entire structure then prime and paint – this includes mold, mildew, dirt, loose/peeling paint. Exterior work to include as follows: 1. Any found mold a/o mildew to be eradicated 2. Any found loose or peeling paint to be removed 3. Any areas revealing original surface to be primed 4. Application of x1 coat SW Satin Duration to be applied to the following items: a. Rake boards b. Fascia boards c. Soffits d. Outside corner boards e. Overhead door casings f. Window casings g. Loft access doors (x3) h. Reverse batten siding i. Lapped siding 5. All unwanted surfaces subject to over spray to be covered and concealed prior to application of finish material. 6. Color scheme to match existing 7. Water and power will be available at the site. 8. Cover and protect areas from overspray prior to application of primer/paint.
