Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MACI Phase Roof Replacement project will include replacement of metal roofing, flashings, fascia, gutter, & downspouts along with roof to wall and metal to flat roof transitions not completed in the MACI Phase 1 Roof Replacement project. Areas of work at MACI include: Zone-A buildings A, B, C, D, E, F and Zone-B building U. The project will require removal of the existing metal roof system, including the roof felt, plywood substrate, flashings, gutters, and accessories, inclusive of snow guard rails. The heavy gauge steel downspouts are believed to be in satisfactory condition and thus can be re-used. New roofing installations will include metal Z or other appropriate attachment members attached into the existing roof deck. New metal flashings, gutters, brackets and snow guards will be installed.
