Scheduled and unscheduled vehicle repair and maintenance for at least (6) Metro LifeFlight Ground Transport Ambulances & at least (1) pick-up truck, but not limited to. Features & Components: Please detail your solution’s ability to address the following features and components: Include dedicated towing service billed through contractor, as well as wheel and tire services and road side assistance. Tracking of mileage to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed at appropriate times agreed upon by both parties. (please list your suggested maintenance schedule) Tracking of all dollars spent per vehicle to be produced monthly. For unscheduled repairs vendor agrees to same day evaluation of the vehicle and a plan for repair submitted back to MetroHealth for approval within 48 hrs. Plan will include a detailed written quote for the cost of repair. Invoice will be within 10% of quote. All invoices should be submitted for payment within 5 days of completion of work. Charges for diagnostic time will not exceed 5 hours without MetroHealth approval. Vendor will use a system to provide real-time loop close communication to MetroHealth Provide details quotes for all work over $1,500.00 Please provide the recommended maintenance plan Completion of the state ambulance inspection form annually Vendor will provide detailed invoices with charges separated by line item
