Mansfield Correctional is seeking a provider of Catholic Religious services. The provider would be required to conduct weekly Catholic Catechism services, Catholic Mass services weekly, provide general pastoral care to Catholic offenders which may include consultation concerning religious services, grief care, crisis pastoral counseling and pastoral visitation with offenders. The provider is also responsible for holiday services Christmas, Easter, and Lent. Completing a monthly report of services provided and providing funeral services for Catholic offenders. The position also requires providing pastoral care to offenders in special units such as segregation, medical, housing units and visiting. Making referrals to the appropriate institutional services. The successful applicant must provide documentation that they are appropriately credentialed in the faith.
