But the Valet will only accept vehicles until 5:00 PM Additional Questions asked on time that were missed. Will you provide photos of the inside and outside of the control booth? Response: No, the government was not prepared or see it as necessary to provide photos of the booth. The booth is government provided and should not affect the quote. Will you provide the actual reported volumes from the past two years? Response: No, the government can provide for the previous 12 months, and it was provided in attachment D.4 of the RFQ. We ask the contract to keep parking records and if we see a spike in valet utilization, we can address staffing requirements as needed. What is the reason or expected benefit of asking patrons their estimated time of departure ? Response: There is no requirement to ask, and it also has no effect on the quote. Is it required that contractor employees wear something specifically labeled with 'valet', as opposed to uniforms and signs that clearly stand out along with their actions that make it clear they are providing the valet service? Response: The PWS states The contractor will provide uniform shirts and jackets, the outermost layers, that clearly identify employee as Valet . This doesn t mean the word Valet has to be on the clothing, but the clothing must indicate they work for the valet company. The PWS also states the Vendor is to provide signs to indicate a valet service is being offered. Please see PWS for full details of signs (PWS Section 10 pg.8).
