The City of Toledo, Department of Parks & Youth Services is requesting proposals for professional environmental consulting services to develop project engineering designs and prepare permit applications for future implementation activities that will create instream habitat in the nearshore area of the Ottawa River along Harry Kessler Park and across the river at Howard Pinkley Landing. The contracted consultant must be able to provide the necessary engineering services to analyze, survey, design, prepare plans, provide specifications, obtain permits, provide construction cost estimates, furnish construction bidding and construction management services, grant reporting, and provide public education. Hydraulic and hydrological (H&H) modeling is included in these services.
