Butler County Treasurer Michael McNamara is seeking Bidders willing to enter into a three-year contract to provide lockbox payment processing services. The contract shall include the option, by mutual agreement of both parties, to renew the contract for an additional two-year period. A. The successful Bidder (Service Provider) will be expected to regularly and continuously do all of the following during the term of this agreement with Butler County: • Establish and maintain a unique lockbox mailing address to which payments for the Butler County Treasurer’s Office can be sent via regular U.S. mail. • Pick-up lockbox mail from the post office at least once daily Monday through Friday. • Open received envelopes and process the contents based on specified instructions. • Process all payments and credit the total amount processed to Butler County Treasurer’s depository account on the same day received.
