The project aims to enhance the Magee Marsh Visitor Center and pond area by incorporating a river stone element, coupled with a variety of pollinator-friendly native plants. The goal is to create an aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and ecologically diverse landscape that promotes the natural beauty of the area and supports local wildlife, particularly pollinators. All services must comply with specifications listed below to include but not limited to the following items and comply with federal, state, and local governmental laws, regulations, codes and ordinances. All work will be completed in a manner consistent with customary industrial practices. Contractor shall ensure that the job site is cleaned up, dispose of any debris, and leave no open hazards at the end of every workday. All itemized scope items below are by contractor unless noted otherwise. Attached is a detailed design of the project
