Mowing Requirements: 31 weekly mows of areas defined on attached map. Mowing not to include natural areas. To be performed April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025 Trimming, edging sidewalks and clean-up Mowing deck shall be Set at 3” Ground litter to be picked up before mowing is performed. Aerating and Seeding: Aerate all turf areas within the mapped areas of each location. Done each Spring at the direction of the CRPD account manager. Using a solid tine or plug pulling aeration device. After aerating, broadcast grass seed at a rate of sixty pounds per acre. Using a Tall Fescue grass seed. Hard Surfacing Requirements: Concrete sidewalks to be edged once per month if applicable to site. All hard surfacing to be cleared after the completion of the lawn maintenance. This would include all parking lots and sidewalks at each location. All ground litter is to be picked up and removed from each location. Landscape Requirements: Bi-weekly (Every 14 days) maintenance on all landscaped areas including flower beds, pots, and tree rings must be performed April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025 for 16 total service occurrences. Landscape maintenance includes pulling weeds, spraying weeds, deadheading, trimming, general maintenance, removal of litter, etc. Flowerbeds are located within the McKnight and Lashutka locations. Bidders should visit each location to have a clear understand of the scope of work.
