A. VISUAL INSPECTION A complete visual inspection of: 1 Outriggers-pads, outriggers structure and welds, bolts, hoses, fittings, cylinders, check valves, pins and retainers. 2 Chassis- truck frame, aerial sub-frame/mounting, suspension, PTO, brake hoses, pintle hook, hydraulic components and microbrake lock assembly. 3 Pedestal-Mounting bolts/welds, pedestal structure, diagonal brace, attachment welds/pins, hydraulic swivel joint, hydraulic components, swing drive gear box and mounting bolts, and backlash between swing pinion/bullgear. 4 Rotation Bearing- Upper and lower bearing attachment welds/bolts, vertical movement of bearing. 5 Turntable- Turntable structure, hydraulic components, bucket leveling cables, leveling cylinder, compensating chain and sprocket, and lower control operation. 6 Lower Boom- Boom structure, welds, lower boom lift cylinders and attachments, hydraulic components/lines, leveling cables and rods, upper/extended cylinders and attachment, push links, boom rest supports, tie down straps, lower boom insulator and mounting and boom extension roller assembly and wear pads.
