Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall provide "automatic" snow removal/plowing services for snowfalls of two (2) inches or more The Building Maintenance Manager or designee will request "on-call" snow removal/plowing services as needed. The Contractor must respond within two (2) hours of request for service. Upon contract award, the vendor must obtain security access with ramp, tools and escort privileges. Vendor must plow snow from all specified Common Use Gates out to the Vehicle Service Road ("VSR") or designated snow pile areas. The City will go over all areas of coverage and supply maps of where the snow can be pushed. The City will spread de-icing material ("ice-melt") on walkways when a snowfall occurs and/or icy conditions exist. The City will provide ice-melt product. The City will utilize best judgment when providing spreading of ice-melt in order to prevent slip and falls, assuring the safety and security of the public and employees are taken into consideration at all times.
