Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Mow and trim lawns at specified properties, or portions of properties. • Provide weed trimming at specified properties, or portions of properties. • Trim trees and branches to maintain fences, driveways, or trails. • Manicure existing landscaping. • Remove dead or unwanted landscaping plants or features. • Re-mulch landscaped beds. • Add or replace landscape plants or landscape features. • Provide landscaping specifications and drawings • Re-seed lawns. • Provide grading services. • Provide topsoil, gravel, mulch or other bulk materials related to the work. • Provide laborers as needed. • Provide irrigation services. • Maintain green infrastructure • Provide weed control and fertilization services. • Provide animal or pest control services related to the work • Maintain gravel or paved driveways, walkways, and lots. • Remove debris from properties. • Provide bush hogging service. • Provide snow and ice removal services. • Maintain lawn related areas around fountains, flagpoles, fences, gates, signs, outdoor lighting, etc.
