A. Pre-Employment Instruction • Deliver one course once a month using the existing employability skills curriculum (e.g., communication, teamwork, time management, workplace behavior, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Individual Micro credential Assistance Program). • Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate sessions for juniors and seniors. • Coordinate with school staff to schedule instruction sessions. B. Worksite Monitoring • Conduct regular site visits and/or check-ins with students once placed. • Serve as a liaison between the student, employer, and school/organization. • Address any concerns related to performance, attendance, or behavior. • Maintain detailed documentation of worksite visits and student progress. C. Reporting and Coordination • Participate in team meetings as needed. • Submit regular progress updates to the program coordinator. • Assist in evaluating program outcomes related to student employment readiness and retention.
