Requesting professional engineering services to provide engineering assessment and master planning of various Class II and Class III dam sites in Morgan and Noble Counties. At each dam site, the selected firm will assess current conditions, identify deficiencies, develop design alternatives with cost estimates, and prioritize the criticality and suggested timelines for work items identified as needed rehabilitation. The intent of this project is to develop facility-specific master plans utilizing a phased rehabilitation approach for use in conjunction with other facility plans so ODNR can prioritize work on the dam structures within ODNR’s dam rehabilitation initiative. Prioritizing the design and construction of Interim Risk Reduction Measures (IRRMs) will allow for incremental improvements before funding is available for more comprehensive risk reduction measures.
