The Ohio State University (Ohio State) requests qualifications for a CMR team with all required consultants necessary to complete The James Outpatient – Procedural CT & Support Space Build Out project. This project is a result of a long-term guiding vision that imagines transformational research and learning environments over the next decade and beyond. This project comprehensively supports the university’s academic and outreach missions, while strengthening Ohio State’s position as a leading national flagship public research university. This project is a key component to fulfill that vision. The project will consist of a design for the expansion of the Imaging department at The James Outpatient Care facility, 2121 Kenny Road. The project will include building out approximately 600 sf of existing shelled space for a new Procedural CT room and control room as well as a build out of adjacent 2,100 sf shelled space to accommodate support spaces for the growth in CT Imaging. Professional design services are being acquired by the Contracting Authority under a separate contract.
