Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fort Worth Aviation Department is responsible for three public use airports owned by the City of Fort Worth. These facilities are Alliance Airport which is operated through a long term management agreement with Alliance Airport Services, Meacham Airport operated by Aviation Department staff and Spinks Airport also operated by Aviation Department staff. The Aviation Department is seeking to engage qualified Aviation Management Consulting firm to perform certain work as follows: a. Leasing Policy – Examine existing leases and precedent with the City of Fort Worth airports, other airports in the DFW Metroplex and general practices within the Aviation Industry. Formulate through Aviation Department Staff, other relevant departments, advisory bodies and the City Council, a leasing policy for the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department to be adopted by the Fort Worth City Council as a guiding document for the Aviation Department. b. Minimum Standards – Review and update the City of Fort Worth Aviation Department’s existing Minimum Standards from June 1992 in a manner consistent with best practices within the Aviation Industry. Work will be done in coordination with Aviation Department Staff, other relevant departments, advisory bodies and the City Council and will be adopted by the Fort Worth City Council
