Specifications include, but are not limited to: Denver Public Schools is seeking to develop a business and process focused Identity Access Management (IAM) program to support itself through the next phase of growth and consolidation. To achieve this goal, DPS will require an accurate understanding of current employees, organizational processes, security, and technology capabilities. This goal also requires the development of a “vision” for IAM along with the creation of a strategic roadmap to enable the district to achieve the future-state vision. Effective communication will also be needed in order to promote the importance, business value and plan for DPS’s future state of IAM. To accomplish these goals, Denver Public Schools desires the assistance of an experienced IAM partner that is well versed in assessing, planning, and communicating the value of IAM while not being focused on a particular set of technologies or aligned with specific vendors or products. Our desired IAM partner will also be equipped to deliver a clear and actionable IAM strategy for DPS. They will bring best practices, proven methodologies and templates, and at least 7-10 years of practical experience in the area of IAM in educational settings
