Specifications include, but are not limited to:The seminar provider will instruct Department staff members on the following broad topics and subjects: a) Gaining familiarity with the major Cybersecurity drivers, including risk and regulatory compliance. b) Classifying and assessing the significance of common and emerging treats to Cybersecurity. c) Identifying key Cybersecurity controls and how they affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. d) Learning to view and assess cybersecurity controls from an architectural perspective covering administrative, physical and technical controls. 2. The vendor will not discuss with or disclose to any third party any information or material obtained pursuant to the obligations as seminar provider without the prior written consent of the Department. 3. The vendor will furnish and use materials, tools, equipment and supplies necessary for the satisfactory performance of work, except as specified as provided by the Department. 4. The vendor will provide materials such as binders, etc. for a total of up to 20 people. The Department will provide the facilities and services needed by the vendor to perform the obligations under the resulting contract as follows: 1 . A room appropriately equipped for training in Columbus, Ohio. 2. Any other reasonable resource requested in advance by the vendor for the purpose of convenient and efficient conduct
