Neurophysiologic Monitoring to include but not limited to: SSEP TcMEP EMG – Triggered, Free running DNS CNAPs D Waves BAER Raw EEG Motor Mapping Central Sulcus Services are required for scheduled/elective procedure interpretation as well as any emergent/trauma procedures. Metrohealth performs 625-650 procedures that includes neuromonitoring annually with 70% of the procedures being scheduled/elective and 30% being emergent/trauma. The procedures are broken down as follows: approximately 80% of spine (laminectomies, laminoplasties, decompressions, fusions, corpectomies, scoliosis, detetherings, tumor excisions, abscess evacuations) 10% vascular (CEA, aneurysm clippings) 10% crani (tumor excision, trigeminal decompression, acoustic neuroma)
