The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified sources to provide the following Temporary Personnel Services: Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers/Integration Developers, Network Administration, Database Administration, Cyber Security, System Administration, Service Desk Analysts, Salesforce Administrator, Process Improvement and/or Organizational Change Management. The contract is tentatively scheduled to begin on July 1, 2024 and expire on June 30, 2027. Requests for personnel will be made on a temporary or temporary to permanent basis according to COTA’s need and the nature of the requirement. Proposers should identify all requirements for which they are able to provide personnel. Please note that COTA reserves the right to award multiple contracts for these services to ensure that our business needs (strategic and staffing) are met. Requirements 1. A COTA representative will contact the Contractor to place an order stating the position required, typical job duties, COTA contact person and/or supervisor to whom the temporary personnel will report, starting date, starting time, and the approximate length of employment. 2. The Contractor will: a. Respond to all requests for temporary personnel within 2 business days from the time a request is received. b. Locate, pre-screen and recommend supplemental personnel based on the criteria defined by COTA. c. Scan/e-mail the resumes of qualified applicants to COTA for review prior to interview or start date of applicant. d. Assist in the scheduling of interviews with qualified applicants when required. Perform the scheduling of temporary personnel for those dates and times as requested by COTA
