Ability to allow multiple supervisor levels for time approval. 5. The system should reflect business rules with the flexibility to adjust that are unique by agency and/or unit. 6. Ability to allow managers to access the system for the purpose of updating and editing their staff’s schedules. 7. Ability to attach notes or comments to different fields. 8. Support, Maintenance, and Implementation for Time Clock and HR system 9. Ability to retrieve data to create ad hoc reports. 10. Ability to customize fields as needed. 11. Potential for mobile or PC attendance reporting 12. System that can interact with the Court Intranet 13. Specify the file format that the conversation data and/or data dictionary is to be received from the Court (e.g., *.txt; *.ascII: *xml: etc. via CD, zipped file, etc.) 14. Ability to automate timekeeping for employees, including the ability to use a timeclock for a subset of the Court’s employees. 15. Ability for the Court to manage and control the data and system. 16. Minimum thirty (30) days’ written notice in advance of all modifications to system. 17. Provide a perpetual software license. 18. Ability to archive records if needed.
