Human Resources consultants to conduct assessments and provide actionable recommendations that will inform the incoming mayor’s efforts to stabilize and improve city operations, cultivate a healthy workplace culture, and ensure HR practices meet professional standards and legal requirements. 1. Workplace Climate Assessment & Recommendations • Assess the current workplace climate across all departments. • Identify levels and sources of stress, anxiety, frustration, and overwork among staff. • Determine the extent to which workplace climate is impacting city operations and service delivery. • Provide recommendations for cultivating a culture in which employees feel safe, valued, and supported to do their jobs responsibly. 2.
