Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each hoop house kit must meet the following minimum specifications: 1.3.1.1. Dimensions 1.3.1.1.1. The hoop house kit when assembled must create a hoop house that is 30’ wide by 144’ long with a sidewall height of 4’ and a bow spacing of 4’. 1.3.1.2. Must have a minimum wind load rating of 90 miles per hour for over a 3 second gust. 1.3.1.3. Must have a minimum snow load rating of 10 pounds per square foot of ground snow. 1.3.1.4. Must include steel end wall kits for the hoop house. The steel end wall kits must include all hardware needed to install and fasten. 1.3.1.5. End walls must be made of polycarbonate thermoplastic at each end of the hoop house. The polycarbonate thermoplastic material must be white diffused 30% and UV stable 2 sided. The polycarbonate thermoplastic end wall pieces must include all hardware needed to install and fasten to the steel end wall kit outlined in 1.3.1.4. 1.3.1.6. Must include 1 year, 3 mil poly covering to cover the structure in its entirety. Poly covering must be doubled to create a double walled hoop house that works with the Inflation system outlined in 1.2.1.11. The outer layer poly covering for the double wall must be white diffused 30% and the inner layer poly covering for the double wall must be clear. 1.3.1.7. One roll of 3” wide by 48’ long premium poly patch. 1.3.1.8. Locking system for attaching to ground/anchor point. 1.3.1.9. Two 8’ wide x 7’ high double slide doors that must include all tracks and hardware. 1.3.1.10.Exterior black knitted 95% shade tarp capable of covering each hoop house. 1.3.1.11.A 4’ roll up side curtain system for the complete length of each side wall of the hoop house with a motorized crank system to operate roll up side curtains. The motorized crank system must be sufficient to operate the roll up side curtains. Both systems must include any other hardware needed to install the systems.
