Specifications include, but are not limited to: BID For Honeywell Prowatch Software Upgrade; Scope of work is to upgrade the Department of Public Utilities access control system from ProWatch version 4.3 Corporate Edition to version 5.XX or the latest version at time of installation. The system consists of two high availability servers running Windows Server 2012. Two new VM servers running Windows Server 2019 will be supplied by DPU for the upgrade. The system also has two HSDK interfaces to our PSIM to be upgraded as needed. The PSIM is manufactured by VidSys, an ARES company. We have a redundant SQL server housing the PWNT database running SQL Server 2016 that will remain the same. The Vendor will supply all software and supplies for an operational system. Our ProWatch SSA is up to date. All client machines will be upgraded by DPU with the Vendors guidance.
