All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Ohio Department of Health will retain the rights to all training materials developed during the course of this contract. b. The Offeror must provide overall contract management for the tasks in the Contract, including the day-to-day management of its staff and coordinating with State staff as pertaining to their assignment to the Contract. c. The Offeror must provide administrative support for its staff and activities. d. Throughout the Contract, the Offeror must employ ongoing contract management techniques to ensure a comprehensive Work Plan that is to include clear learning objectives is developed, executed, monitored, reported on, and maintained. e. The Offeror will be responsible for performing all the Work necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Contract. f. The Offeror will attend/conduct conference calls every other week with ODH, for planning, to provide action items for next steps, and follow up activities. g. The Offeror will meet with representatives from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), Local health departments (LHDs), and local boards of Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Services (ADAMH) to identify public health roles and responsibilities in order to support the development of a Health Equity Curriculum. 1. Potential topics for the Health Equity Curriculum include the following: • Social determinants of health • Elevating the voice of the community • Establishing cross-sector partnerships to establish health equity at the center of public health • Data collection • Evaluating the impact of policy on different populations 2. The above is not an exhaustive list of topics and should serve as examples of what the Offeror should have the ability to provide. The final topics for training will be decided upon after meeting with representatives from DOH, LHDs, and local ADAMHs to identify their specific training needs. Final approval of topics will be with written approval from DOH. h. The Offeror shall then develop a total of four curriculums/trainings. One introductory level curriculum/training for the benefit of all staff types listed below and three intermediate level curriculums/trainings one for each of the below staff types: 1. Management and/or leadership staff 2. Shared services or operation support staff 3. Policy and programming staff ii. All training materials must be provided to ODH for approval and be appropriate for virtual format. 1. Once approved, provide training material in electronic format no later than 30 days prior to the training. iii. Training materials should include a curriculum overview and a discussion guide in addition to training-specific materials.
