Specifications include, but are not limited to: HVAC Planned Service Agreement for our locations at NODC and TDC; Renewal Dates: 12/1/25 – 11/30/26; Service Delivery – Local customer service agent responsible for the agreement scope and our facility procedures and protocols. Scheduling – Preventative maintenance service; Emergency Services – Provide 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During normal business hours, emergency service will be coordinated by the customer service agent. After hours, weekends, and holidays, emergency service numbers should be available to vendors to contact after-hours call center and on-call technicians are dispatched as needed. Communication – Detailed communication plan should be provided along with main contacts. Approval process for non-covered items; No work will be performed outside of the agreement scope without prior approval
