1.1 Contractor shall provide a lump sum price for maintaining, repairing and replacing all HVAC equipment and related devices for the attached equipment list. 1.2 Contractor shall furnish all personnel, parts, materials, test equipment, travel, tools, and services in accordance with the specifications outlined below. 1.3 All work under this Agreement shall comply with the refrigerant recycling requirements of section 608 of the Clean Air Act, 1990, as amended (CCA), including final regulations published on May 14, 1993 (58FR 28660), and the prohibition on venting that became effective on July 1, 1992. 1.4 Contractor shall perform additional, non-contract related, work on equipment as requested by a Company representative- at labor rate in effect (as bid in Alternate No. 1).
