The selected VENDOR will provide the following services in accordance with established the Juvenile Court Detention Center procedures. Any and all services that are performed outside of these categories are not billable: ▪ The selected VENDOR will work with both female and male youth in the Juvenile Court Detention Center. ▪ The selected VENDOR will work with varying textures of hair. ▪ The selected VENDOR will provide their own hair styling equipment (no harmful chemicals or blades of any kind are permitted in the facility). The selected VENDOR must abide by the Juvenile Court Detention Center’s policy regarding any and all prohibited materials. ▪ The selected VENDOR will provide natural hair care services such as braids, twists, quick styles, etc. Services rendered per hairstyle should not exceed one (1) hour per youth served. ▪ The selected VENDOR will clean and sanitize their work area after each use in accordance with the Ohio Cosmetology and Barber Board licensing requirements. ▪ The selected VENDOR will possess a valid Ohio Cosmetology License for the duration of the contracted period. ▪ The selected VENDOR will be responsible for maintaining the Juvenile Court Detention Center’s State of Ohio Cosmetology License requirements which is not limited to managing all records and forms utilized in accordance with the Ohio Cosmetology and Barber Board licensing requirements.
