1. Demolition: - The contractor will remove all existing roof panels, trim, ridge cap, gutters, and down spouts - The contractor will remove, haul off, and dispose all demolition debris. 2. Replacement: - The contractor will install new galvalume roof panels (26ga minimum thickness) - The contractor will install new metal ridge cap, drip edge, and rake trim all around - The contractor will install new metal 6” gutters and downspouts in existing locations - All exterior metal finishes will match current colors, however Airport Authority reserves right to make a no-cost change prior to work start 3. Permits and Inspections: - Selected vendor is required to obtain and coordinate all required permits and inspections to complete work
