Specifications include, but are not limited to: collaborate with the OCC to design a front cover for OCC’s Annual Report, in order to properly present information to the Ohio General Assembly. The Agency will evaluate potential Contractors based on previous work (if provided). The Agency expects to receive access to this work via digital methods (including, but not limited to a publicly accessible URL). Successful contractor must account for all of these requirements: • Visual appeal to audience; • Relevant imagery associated with Ohioans and their utility services (electric, natural gas, telecommunications, and water); • The designer is required to work with the Agency on design and content specifications; • The designer will be prepared to use photography from the Agency resources and assist Agency in obtaining photographs from outside sources as needed. The use of outside photographs for which payment is required should be minimized to hold down costs for the Contractor.
