Specifications include, but are not limited to: an Indefinite Quantity Agreement with the City of Columbus, Department of Finance, for Graphic Design services on an as needed basis; The scope for the graphic design services include the following: 1. Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite software which include: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. 2. Must be familiar with preparing files for both print and on screen graphics. 3. Artwork/Graphic Designs must be usable in a variety of communications, including but not limited to website, print, and PowerPoint presentations. Original artwork files must be provided to the City with full usage rights and no restrictions. All image files must be imbedded along with all fonts and typefaces. These files must be delivered upon completion of the project. 4. Potential projects may include (but not limited to): Charts and Graphs, Maps, Posters, Social Media Graphics, Promotional Artwork, Signage, Web Graphics, Logo Design, Infographics, Photo Editing and Manipulation, Newsletter and Booklet layout, Brochures, Forms and Interactive Forms. The selected individual or firm will have access to existing templates and branding guidelines. 5. Must be able to provide 3 references, and have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience. Prior to an award, a request may be made for samples of design work. The service provider may not subcontract these services. 6. The number of hours and expected length of time needed to perform the design service is to be provided prior to beginning each project. A rush service on a weekend or holiday may be requested, payable at the hourly rate as quoted on line 30.
