The City of Columbus (COC), Department of Recreation and Parks (CRPD) is seeking proposals to provide a fleet of golf cars for public use at City-owned golf courses. There are currently six golf courses operated by CRPD and the current fleet is 385 gas-powered golf cars. Vendors must demonstrate their qualifications and ability to supply vehicles that meet the specified requirements listed below. This RFP will include on-site presentations and product demonstrations from selected vendors. All bids must be submitted electronically; paper and/or email bids will not be accepted. Applications should be submitted electronically through the City of Columbus Bonfire hub at https://columbus.bonfirehub.com/projects. Follow the link to create a new vendor registration. Once the expiration has passed, no proposal may be amended, unless amendment has been requested by the City.
