Aircraft fueling - 100LL and Jet A using County-owned bulk storage facilities, including bulk tank maintenance and repairs; completing fuel tank inspections as required by law, and providing supporting documentation to minimize liability claims associated with aviation fuel sales. Providing mobile re-fueling vehicles as needed. Oil dispensing Aircraft maintenance– airframe and power plant maintenance and repair, with required certifications. Sub-leasing of County-owned hangars and hangar management. Ramp and tie-down spaces management—including aircraft parking. Employment of personnel - employ the appropriate number of properly trained and/or certified personnel to provide satisfactory FBO services. The successful Respondent will be required to have a designated individual certified as a Supervisor/Trainer on staff, in addition to linemen certified for fueling. Annual Fire Extinguisher training—per FAA requirement Clerical and administrative services—to handle tenant requests, billing and general airport information. Courtesy vehicle management—provide and maintain at least one (1) courtesy vehicle. Rental car options—for visitors requiring ground transportation options, other than the courtesy car. Daily airfield inspections—to include, but not limited to (FOD) debris removal and checks, notify the County of any airfield lighting repairs/maintenance and WX ASOS operation check. Minimum hours of operation—14 hours per day, seven days per week or an alternate schedule approved by the Airport Board and County Facilities Director.
