Steel roll up garage door (6) removal and replacement. 1. Replace six (6) of the original main service bay garage doors, with new insulated interlocking steel panels exterior roll up doors. Two existing doors are new and do not need to be replaced. 2. All garage doors will utilize manual hold, down closure, controls. Remove all exterior roll up type garage doors and hardware. CJAG will have a scrap metal dumpster onsite for old door disposal. New doors shall be painted grey. All six (6) existing garage doors are exterior steel roll ups. New doors shall all be 3 phase electric motor (3ph 208) operated, with remote door controls for vehicles (two per door). The door openings are: 3. Three doors are 12 feet wide by 14 feet tall; two doors are 12 feet wide by 16 feet tall and one door, is 12 feet wide by 12 feet tall. The contractor is responsible for taking all measurements and verification of existing power supply to each door to ensure the correct motor is selected to match the power supplied at door.
