Specifications include, but are not limited to: THe Ohio Department of Education is accepting proposals for contract graphic design work to meet the communication needsof the agency.The agency expects to need 1000-3500 hours of support annually to create reports, brochures, fliers, web banners,conference programs, trade booth design and other items. Typically the agency has 300-400 graphic deliverables annually ofvarying scope. Work requests will involve both long-term projects and short deadline requests. ODE s Creative ServicesManager will serve as the point of contact for project requests and approval of deliverables. The contractor must assign aproject manager to serve as its point of contact and oversee the ODE account.The contractor will design graphic pieces for the agency including but not limited to fliers, web banners and graphics,brochures, fact sheets, interactive maps, programs, trade booth design, etc. The Contractor will provide these graphic piecesproviding their own hardware/software including, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite and Quark
