Phase I: Living area 6044, 6045, 6046, 6047, 6048, 6050 would look at incorporating a low maintenance landscape around the building and some shrubbery and mature plants where needed…. (Area will be shown on site walk) Raised Garden Bed: -4 raised garden beds outside living areas approximately the size of 10’x20’ each for vegetable gardens CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY: -clean dirt should be used when needed -all debris will be discarded daily and removed from site -all equipment must be provided by the contractor -contractor must always maintain tool accountability -working hours are from 7am to 4pm unless otherwise approved by Maintenance Superintendent. Plants -heavy landscaping fabric will be installed on all new work -mature plants need to be used as much as possible -all flower beds and plantings will be mulched using a dark color -low to semi-low flowers and plants should be used when possible -Plants or flowers cannot be toxic to humans if ingested Design -a design and layout of your work will need to be approved before awarded -pictures are attached for an example of work that needs performed -please list plants and flowers you will be using and specs on landscaping fabric
