Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall be capable of providing gasoline and/or diesel fuel 24-hours per day and 365 days per year, including holidays. 2. The Contractor must have a facility that provides more than one pump of unleaded regular and gasoline. 3. Regular Grade Unleaded Gasoline (87 octane/no alcohol or alcohol derivatives) in a quantity of 110,059.4 gallons, more or less, or Diesel Gasoline (Winter Grade) in a quantity of 3039.22 gallons, more or less, will be available for the Richland County vehicles and equipment at the Contractor’s facility. 4. The Contractor must have suitable facilities to properly store and dispense gasoline and diesel fuel in a manner as to prevent deterioration or contamination. Said storage and dispensing facilities shall meet the applicable rules and regulations of the Ohio EPA, the Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations and the Ohio State Fire Marshal. 5. The Contractor must have suitable facilities to accommodate large, heavy equipment, which may include school buses.
